I know exactly what it feels like to be stuck in the exhausting cycle of yo-yo dieting, food guilt, and body shame. For years, I battled with the endless promises of diets that only left me feeling more defeated and disconnected from my true self. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to break free from the binge-restrict cycle and how lonely that journey can feel.
That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help women like you reclaim their relationship with food and their bodies. Through my lived experience and professional training as an intuitive eating dietitian, I’ve combined my personal journey with evidence-based practices to create a compassionate, realistic approach to lasting food freedom and body peace.
